PhotoIreland announce the artists selected in the 2026 call for proposals: Aindreas Scholz, Berta Mars, Chris Finnegan, Conn McCarrick, David Killeen, Dianne Whyte, Elia de Leon, Elizabeth O’Shaughnessy, Emily O’Connell, Emma Campbell, Finbar Flanagan, Gerry Blake & Carmel Ennis, Glenn Keelan, Inés Pesado Catrufo, James Kelly, Kieran Dunning, Martin Healy, Matthew Gammon, Myles Shelly, Paul Corcoran, Sadhbh Lynam, Steven Nestor, Tony McAteer, and Vera Ryklova. We will work throughout the coming year with these artists to produce their respective publications.
Comprising already 97 publications, the TLP Editions series provides a growing collection of accessible and inexpensive publications, running since 2017, featuring a broad variety of contemporary photographic practices. This collection is a great addition to public and university libraries, as much as public and private collections, and they help us promote artists within and outside Ireland.
We take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has taken the time to send their proposals for this call. We were very pleased to receive a large and varied number of proposals, and to discover some new practices.
About TLP Editions
TLP Editions is an ongoing collection, produced and designed by PhotoIreland, that presents work by contemporary artists in the form of uncomplicated publications. These are available through The Library Project in-store and online. All funds generated by the project go to producing more copies of the publications, ensuring we can keep promoting the artists and practices represented. These editions are regularly showcased and donated to international events and festivals, most recently, Photobook New Zealand. In addition, TLP Editions also grace some important shelves and collections, including that of the Hasselblad Foundation Library and the Martin Parr Foundation.
You can find a list of all the TLP editions here.
