It is with great excitement and gratitude that we share the news that PhotoIreland has been shortlisted for this year’s Business to Arts Awards with our partner, Kennedy Wilson, in the CBRE Major Arts Partnership Award category.
In July 2025, this landmark collaboration led to the launch of the International Centre for the Image, a groundbreaking cultural institution in Coopers Cross, Dublin’s Docklands.
Developed over three years, the partnership embedded cultural provision into the earliest stages of urban development planning, positioning culture as essential civic infrastructure. The result is a co-created model for sustainable cultural investment and cross-sector collaboration. Crucial to this process was the role of the Head of Cultural Strategy, Claire Healy, who successfully mediated the development of the partnership.
There could be no better way to celebrate the International Centre for the Image’s first anniversary than with this wonderful news!
