While OVER Journal's first issue is enjoying global distribution, our team has been working with artists and contributors on issue 2 and 3. In addition, a brand new website is being developed to contain complementary and exclusive articles, and to facilitate a more fluid conversation around the issues presented. By now, you will be glad to know that issue 2 will be launched alongside the new website next July, and that pre-orders will open very soon. In the meantime, catch up on the first issue while stocks last via overjournal.org and at your local stockist.

With three meetings already celebrated, we have been really enjoying the Bright Room Sessions, finding out about many new artists and works in progress. The sessions are held via Zoom, hosted by artist and researcher David Flood, with participants presenting their work in a friendly peer group. Bookings are now open for the May Session and artists can now apply to present their work.
The event revolves around photographers presenting their work-in-progress. After each presentation, the floor is open for discussion, suggestions, and critical responses. The sessions, operated in a safe and constructive environment, are designed to help photographers: - Share and test new work - Hold constructive dialogue - Practice presentation skills - Cross-pollinate ideas - Meet other practitioners, and - Spark collaborations
March Session: 6pm IST Thursday 27th May Deadline to apply: midnight IST 23rd May
