This is a part-time position with flexible hours, which includes evening and weekend work. As part of the Front of House & Retail team, you will play an integral part in creating a memorable and welcoming experience for visitors and artists, daily upkeep of the FOH and retail area, providing a welcoming environment and courteous point of contact for all visitors, as well as assisting with the cultural programme, and liaison with Irish and international artists and professionals.

This is a part-time position of 3 days a week, with flexible hours, which includes some evening and weekend work. The selected candidate will progress into a full-time position in 2026. As part of the team, you will play an integral part in preparing and maintaining quality exhibitions and events, general upkeep of the space, ensuring efficient day to day running of all equipment and installations. Throughout your employment. you will work alongside all other PhotoIreland staff and in collaborations with a number of art professionals.

PhotoIreland is seeking individuals to join the production team dedicated to installing the opening exhibition of the International Centre for the Image. This is a two week position for the following dates: · 12-16th May 2025 · 26-30th May 2025
Candidates will be required to work for the full week. There are limited positions available for each of the two stages, and while there is a preference to work with the same team both weeks, we are open to providing employment to those committing to either or both of the weeks listed above.

PhotoIreland has been announced as the cultural partner of the Coopers Cross campus in Dublin’s North Docklands. The partnership will see the establishment of the International Centre for the Image at the site, a permanent multi-use cultural hub hosting events, exhibitions and community projects celebrating photography and the visual arts. The International Centre for the Image will officially open its doors to the public this Summer, with a dedicated 10,000 sq ft space in Building Two of the Coopers Cross campus, a landmark six-acre mixed use development in the heart of the Docklands, jointly developed by Kennedy Wilson and Cain International.
